Well we decided to “get away” and took a mini vacation to Santa Fe, NM.  What a wonderful city and such a unique place!  After a short 5 hour drive down I-25 from Denver we arrived in the great city of Santa Fe.  We were staying the the heart of it all and it was wonderful!  It was almost stereotypical, yet perfect and cute.

This was one of those vacations where I wish I had taken more pictures but I did get one good one.  It was on the way to dinner on the first night (when I was being good about documenting everything).  The streets in Santa Fe are reminiscent of Mexico, very narrow and not very straight.  We were walking down one of these streets and I snapped a quick picture of the walk.  I really liked this outdoor “hallway” the lighting was unique and everything about it said American Southwest.  Like  I  said didn’t get many pictures I mainly focused on relaxing and getting my fill of chilies!  If you ever have the opportunity to visit, I highly recommend it!
