Well…now that we have made our way into the month of February we find ourselves in the heart of winter. Continual snow storms are upon us and the high country has certainly provided enough powder to keep Colorado’s ski bums happy. But if skiing isn’t your thing what can take your mind off of those February blues? Well one wonderful thing about Colorado (and the availability of REI) is that even if you don’t ski/snowboard you can still hit the trails with some rented skiis at REI. This month I challenge myself to get out, enjoy the snow, and take some fresh powder photographs. So how about you? What will you do with yourself to keep that cabin fever at bay?
